Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Niklas Bromholm (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jack Grander (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Jack Grander!
The judges for this bout are Summer Carpenter, Chris Dean and Ben Watson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bromholm throws a body kick, spinning off balance
and Grander counters with a left and a right that stings Bromholm.
Grander looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Bromholm is controlling Grander's trapped leg to prevent Grander from advancing to side control.
Grander thows a huge punch but Bromholm dodges it nicely.
Grander really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Bromholm. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Bromholm controlling the position for now.
Bromholm is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Bromholm gets back to full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Grander won't allow Bromholm to sweep him here.
Bromholm has his hands on Grander's head, controlling the position.
Bromholm wants to stand but Grander is controlling the position.
Grander stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Bromholm swivels though and keeps the full guard.
We're going to have a standup here because Niklas Bromholm wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.
Bromholm shoots in for a takedown but Grander shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Bromholm circles away from the clinch attempt.
Grander doesn't succeed with the takedown
so Bromholm counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Bromholm passes Grander's left leg - he's now in half guard.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Grander can do anything to dispel that myth.
Grander wants to get back to full guard but Bromholm has passed into side control.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Bromholm taking a breather here.
Grander tries to bench press Bromholm off him but Bromholm keeps the position.
Grander wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done!
Bromholm trying to control the action but Grander is working from the bottom.

Grander is trying to improve his position.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Bromholm is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Grander has escaped the position, nice work there.
Grander takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head.
Bromholm working away.
Grander is letting Bromholm control him for a moment.

Bromholm works to advance to full mount. Grander defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.
Grander is trying to get back to his feet but can't.
Bromholm lands a heavy elbow.
Grander tries to improve his position but instead Bromholm has taken his back!
Grander is in a world of trouble here. He's outmatched on the ground here and he'd better get Bromholm off his back sharpish unless he wants to be submitted.
Grander looks winded!
Bromholm has Grander flattened out and is raining down punches.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Bromholm has managed to slip his arm under Grander's chin. This could be all over... yep, Grander is tapping out! Submission win for Bromholm.
