The judges for this bout are Darius Henderson, Summer Carpenter and Ron Honeybunn.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hopes fails with an attempt to clinch.
Ghost shoots and misses
and Hopes counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
Ghost missing with punches from the bottom.
Hopes wants to take a breather but Ghost is having none of it.
Ghost is looking for a sweep. Hopes is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Ghost makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Ghost.
Hopes trying to control the position from guard on top but Ghost is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Hopes postures up in Ghost's guard and throws a big left but Ghost blocks it.
Hopes pushes down on Ghost's leg and manages to get into half guard.
Hopes throwing shots but Ghost is blocking nicely.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Ghost landing rabbit punches to the side of Hopes's head. Not doing much damage but still scoring a few points.
Hopes thows a huge punch but Ghost dodges it nicely.
Hopes not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
Ghost throws a strike from the bottom that misses.
Ghost wants to improve his position but Hopes is controlling well.
Hopes throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Ghost flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.
Hopes blocks the strikes from Ghost.
Ghost landing small, sideways elbows.
Ghost avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Hopes.
Ghost misses with some strikes from the bottom.
Hopes wants to lay and pray for a moment but Ghost keeps working.
Hopes seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Ghost is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
