Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 17 - 24 - 0, fighting out of London, Hans Gruber!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Gadzhiev feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Gruber controls Gadzhiev momentarily but Gadzhiev frees himself.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Gadzhiev stopping the sweep attempt from Gruber.
Gadzhiev controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
Gadzhiev stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Gruber swivels though and keeps the full guard.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Gruber tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Gadzhiev manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Gadzhiev doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Gruber connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

It looks like Kamil Gadzhiev has been cut.
Gruber scores with a jab. Gadzhiev acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
A left lands for Gruber.
Gadzhiev keeps the fight on the outside.
Gruber lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Gruber.

Kamil Gadzhiev's cut is getting worse.

Gadzhiev tries to keep at a distance but Gruber has taken the fight into the clinch.

Gruber breaks from the clinch.
Gadzhiev shoots in for a takedown but Gruber shows good takedown defense.
Gruber ducks down and throws a big overhand right - it lands flush on the jaw, knocking Gadzhiev out cold! The fight is over!
