The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Black throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Black throws a head kick that Taliban semi-blocks.

Black lands a big head kick that sends Taliban tumbling to the mat! Black takes a step backwards and waves Taliban back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Taliban is rocked!

It looks like Wadan Taliban has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Black gets a double leg takedown into Taliban's guard.
Taliban is still in real trouble! Can Black finish him?
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Black in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.

Taliban is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Black is aware though and is defending well.
Black has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Black is working Taliban over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
Taliban wants to stand but Black is controlling the position.

Black is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Taliban seems to have recovered his senses.

Black avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Black trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.

Taliban escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Black gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Black has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Taliban to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Black is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Taliban pulls down on the head and he's put Black to sleep! This one is all over!
