Silva's entrance music is LL CoolJ - Headsprung. A fine choice. Samson has chosen The Venture Brothers Opening Theme as his entrance music. This should be fireworks!

Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Alyssa Summers, Anthony Taglia and John Kavanagh.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Samson scores with the left hand. Silva knows he should have avoided that one.
It looks like Daniel Silva has been cut.
Silva lands a right hook to the body.
Samson lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Silva slips under a jab from Samson.
A cross from Silva lands.
Silva slips a straight right by Samson.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Samson has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Samson thuds a left hand into Silva's body.
Silva waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Samson.
Silva takes one to the side of the head.
Samson misses with a series of wild punches.
Samson lands a nice looking kick to the body. Silva takes a step back to recover.
Silva misses with a low kick as Samson jumps back.
Samson lands a glancing blow to the side of Silva's head.
Samson lands a big head kick that sends Silva tumbling to the mat! Samson takes a step backwards and waves Silva back to his feet - he wants the finish!
No luck with that takedown attempt from Samson.
Samson moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Silva is breathing heavily.
Samson cracks Silva with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Samson has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Silva to stand back up!
Silva is rocked!
Silva leaves his chin hanging out and Samson seizes the opportunity with an uppercut! Silva crumbles to the floor in a heap, and the referee steps in and tends to the downed fighter! What a knockout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Brock Samson!
