Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Amun Ra (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Harald Hillgrund (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Paulsen Ambrosius and Patrick Alders.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ra throws a jab but it's blocked by Hillgrund.
Hillgrund misses with a leg kick.

Hillgrund misses with an uppercut. Ra saw that one coming.
Hillgrund uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Ra.
Ra lands a body shot.
Ra leaves Hillgrund with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Ra scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Good leg kick by Hillgrund there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Hillgrund displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Ra throws out the jab.

Hillgrund will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Hillgrund is defended easily by Ra.
Amun Ra has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Harald Hillgrund.
Hillgrund shoots in but no luck this time.
