Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Aleksei Moiseev!
The judges for this bout are John Mangel, Hugh Johnson and Ben Hemmingworth.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Moiseev fails in his attempt to clinch.
Moiseev is looking to clinch but Brennan is avoiding it.
Moiseev wants to clinch.
Brennan avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Brennan shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Moiseev as he jumps to the side.
Brennan keeps the fight on the outside.
Brennan really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Moiseev tries to clinch but Brennan is having none of it.
Brennan shoots for a double leg takedown but Moiseev sprawls well. He's pushed Brennan's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Moiseev closes the distance but Brennan moves to the side
and Brennan counters by moving into the clinch.
Moiseev lands a damaging elbow.
It looks like Cortez Brennan has been cut.
Brennan taking a break, stalling in the clinch.

Brennan wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

Moiseev lands an elbow inside that Brennan shrugs off.
Brennan is rocked!
Cortez Brennan's cut is getting worse.
Brennan avoids a wild elbow strike from Moiseev.
Oh Brennan is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Moiseev lands an elbow that stopped Brennan in his tracks for a moment.
Cortez Brennan's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Moiseev pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage.
Brennan is pressed against the cage. Moiseev pushes back and unleashes a big elbow that really hurts Brennan! Two more big strikes from Moiseev and Brennan crumples to the mat and taps out furiously due to the strikes!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Strikes). Aleksei Moiseev!
