The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Percy drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Biff is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Percy's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.
Biff looking for submissions off his back.
Biff looking for subs from the bottom but Percy mounts him!
Percy avoids the attempt from Biff to control.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Percy fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Biff looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Percy shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Biff napping and manages to drive through into side control!

Biff manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Percy manages to get himself to full guard.

I would just about give that final round to Dillon Percy.
