The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Caesar has Sedfenor up against the cage in a clinch.

Sedfenor has Caesar pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Sedfenor pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Caesar tumbling to the mat - Sedfenor dives into Caesar's guard.
Sedfenor has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Caesar is proving hard to escape from.
Caesar seems keen to control Sedfenor's posture.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Caesar seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.

Caesar is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Sedfenor is just riding it out for now. Caesar eventually gives up the hold.

Caesar wants to free his trapped foot but Sedfenor is holding on for dear life with his legs.
Caesar is looking to take a break and control but Sedfenor is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Alberto Caesar was stalling too much, according to the referee.

Sedfenor closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Caesar quickly recovers to half guard.

Caesar quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Sedfenor has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Caesar celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
