Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Veldrane Sengir (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jesse Hall (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jesse Hall will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 14 - 22 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Veldrane Sengir!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 23 - 50 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jesse Hall!
The judges for this bout are George Francis, Stewart Dunkirk and Cecil Peabody.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hall loads up on a big right hand but Sengir slips the punch.
Hall misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Hall listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
A shot to the liver by Hall. Beautiful body shot.
Hall connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Sengir's hands.
Hall misses with a hook. Sengir ducked under it nicely.
Hall smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.


It looks like Veldrane Sengir has been cut.
Sengir takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Hall throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Sengir on the side of the head.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Hall throws a leg kick which misses Sengir's front leg but catches the back leg as Sengir tries to avoid it.
The fighters circling - Hall throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Hall throws a body punch but Sengir moves out of range.
Hall looks to land a right hand but Sengir moved out of range.
Hall lets loose with a powerful body kick. Sengir will feel that in the morning.
Hall does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Hall throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.

A slow jab from Hall misses its intended target.
Sengir walks into a stiff left hand from Hall.
Hall chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Hall sizes up Sengir with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
A shot to the liver by Hall. Beautiful body shot.
Hall fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Sengir walks into a straight right hand from Hall.
Hall darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Hall fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Hall is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Sengir had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.
Hall looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Sengir dodges the punch combination from Hall.
Hall circles away from the clinch attempt.

Hall throws a series of punches but Sengir avoids them all with ease.
Sengir staying out of range there.
Sloppy strikes from Hall. Those never looked like landing.
Hall lands with a nice body punch.
Jab from Hall.
Sengir takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Sengir scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Sengir drops his hands momentarily and Hall takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Hall will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Sengir takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
Hall slaps away a takedown attempt from Sengir, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Sengir is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

Hall misses with a straight right.
Sengir changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Hall tries to avoid it but Sengir manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Hall to the ground. Hall escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Hall stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Hall wants it to stay on the feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Veldrane Sengir. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Hall lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.


Veldrane Sengir's cut is getting worse.
Hall wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Sengir tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Hall swivels and escapes.
Sengir fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Hall connects with a body shot.
Hall throws out a loose jab but Sengir uses good head movement to avoid it.
Hall looks to land a combination but Sengir avoids it well.
Sengir on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.

A left and a right from Hall both land. Nice combination.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Hall swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Sengir shoots in and drives through. Hall sprawls well.
Hall fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Hall throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Sengir.
Hall rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Sengir moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Sengir slips a jab and a cross from Hall.
Sengir keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

Sengir dives in and scores a takedown into Hall's guard.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Hall working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Sengir.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Hall is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Hall is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.


Sengir moves in looking to clinch but Hall pushes him off.
Hall will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Sengir blocks a head kick by Hall.

Sengir rushes Hall and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Sengir fails to pull guard.
Sengir wants a takedown.
Sengir can't get the takedown.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Veldrane Sengir. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Sengir keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Hall's efforts to push away.
Sengir has Hall pressed against the cage, preventing Hall from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Hall is trying to push Sengir away but Sengir has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Sengir fails to pull guard.

Hall breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Hall stuffs the takedown attempt from Sengir. Sengir gets slowly back to his feet.
Hall misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Sengir closes this distance looking for a takedown but Hall circles away.
Sengir avoids the head kick by Hall.
Hall looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Sengir on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Hall lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Jesse Hall seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Sengir dives in and grabs Hall's left leg, looking for a takedown. Hall pushes down on Sengir's head and hops out.
Hall throws a leg kick which misses Sengir's front leg but catches the back leg as Sengir tries to avoid it.

Veldrane Sengir is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Hall throws out a leg kick but Sengir moves out of range and Hall only half commits.
Sengir blocks the body kick.
Jesse Hall seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A cross from Hall lands.
Sengir takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Sengir is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Sengir moves out of range as Hall strikes.
Hall lands a nice looking body shot.

Sengir shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
The fighters are battling for position here. Hall manages to regain full guard. Nice work.

Sengir is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Hall is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Hall has escaped and now he's on top!
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Hall wants to get up but he can't break Sengir's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
Hall wants to stand and escape but instead Sengir has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.

Sengir throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
Sengir wants to stand but Hall has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
Sengir wants to control from the top but Hall keeps moving.
Hall wants to get back to his feet but Sengir is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Jesse Hall showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!


Sengir shoots for a takedown but Hall saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Hall connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Hall has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Hall throws a shot to the body.
Sengir tries to close the distance and clinch but Hall swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Hall ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Hall connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Sengir's hands.

and Sengir counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Hall!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Hall is looking to regain half guard here but Sengir keeps moving and retains side control.

Sengir goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Hall rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Sengir's guard! Nice work there by Hall!

Sengir keeping full guard, as Hall tries to pass.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Hall is looking to stand up but Sengir won't let him.
Sengir is adopting a defensive guard.
Hall trying to stand up but can't free himself from Sengir's guard.

Hall gets to his feet - Sengir follows without any prompting.

A punch lands to the side of Sengir 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Sengir looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that.
Hall throws a head kick but Sengir moves out of range.
A slapping leg kick lands for Hall.
Sengir tries to score a power double leg takedown but Hall sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Sengir somewhat.
Sengir tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Hall counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Jesse Hall is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Sengir gets a takedown into half guard.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Hall is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

Sengir is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Hall is just riding it out for now. Sengir eventually gives up the hold.
Hall regains full guard. Nicely done.
Veldrane Sengir has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Hall wants to stand up but Sengir is controlling him.
Hall looking to hit a scissor sweep but Sengir is one step ahead there.

Sengir stands and steps away. Hall gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Hall fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Sengir looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

Sengir fails miserably with a takedown attempt.

Hall throws an off balance right hand

and Sengir counters with a single leg into guard. Hall didn't expect that.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Sengir is stalling in the full guard.
Sengir working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.

And that's the end of the fight!
I would just about give that final round to Jesse Hall.
I've got Hall winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
