4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Khaled Kalil! The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Colin Fotheringham and James Ackerman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jones tries to clinch up but Kalil circles away and keeps his distance. Jones avoids the head kick by Kalil.
Jones forces Kalil back against the cage and clinches. Kalil wants to break free but Jones has control.
Jones blocks a body shot from Kalil. Kalil scores with a nice hook to the head. Kalil trying to land knees to the body.

Jones will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Kalil up against the cage. Jones comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush. The ref breaks the fighters up, due to lack of action by Tom Jones. Kalil pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Kalil has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Jones is landing a low percentage of strikes. Jones blocks a head kick by Kalil.
Jones closes the distance looking to clinch and Kalil counters with a left and a right that hurts Jones! He wobbles and falls to the floor - he's in big trouble! Kalil jumps into full mount!
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Jones is trying to stand up. Kalil trying to control but Jones is having none of it. Jones on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Jones tries to get out of the position. Jones wants to use the cage to get back to his feet here.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kalil content just to control the position here. Jones trying desperately to get to his feet.
Kalil trying to control but he's not successful this time. Kalil controlling from the full mount. Jones is trying to escape but when you're mounted that's not too easy.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Jones trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful. Kalil takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Kalil looking to control and managing it successfully. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Let's hope that Kalil has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. Jones slips under a jab from Kalil. Jones fails with an attempt to clinch.
A head kick misses from Kalil. Kalil lands a high kick to the side of Jones's head that stuns him and send him tumbling down to the canvas! Kalil dives into guard, looking to finish.

It looks like Tom Jones has been cut. This has been an exciting period of action! Kalil decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. Oh Jones is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Kalil throws a head kick that misses and Jones counters by clinching up. Jones is trying to maintain a safe position but Kalil gets an underhook and turns Jones into the cage. Kalil managing to block the knees to the body from Jones.
Kalil misses with an elbow over the top. Jones tries to land knees in the clinch but Kalil avoids the damage to the body. Both fighters working to control the clinch. Kalil lands an uppercut in the clinch that drops Jones to his knees! Kalil keeps firing more shots against his stricken opponent and the referee jumps in to save him!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:41 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Khaled Kalil! Khaled Kalil decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
