Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Edwin Mighty Wincho (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mahlito Jenzi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Edwin Mighty Wincho! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Mahlito Jenzi! The judges for this bout are Roger Salmon, Paul Gruel and Micheangelo Fripello.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jenzi misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Mighty Wincho rushes Jenzi and presses him up against the cage. Mighty Wincho prevents the takedown attempt.
Jenzi takes a knee right on the jaw!
Mighty Wincho misses with a knee strike.
Jenzi gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Mighty Wincho regains guard.
Jenzi gets to his feet - Mighty Wincho follows without any prompting. Mighty Wincho clinches with his opponent.
Jenzi manages to break the clinch.
Mighty Wincho pushes Jenzi up against the cage in a clinch. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Mighty Wincho landing knees to the head.

Jenzi tries to pull guard but Mighty Wincho forces him back to his feet, against the cage. Edwin Mighty Wincho has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mahlito Jenzi. Mighty Wincho tries to land a knee to the head but Jenzi blocks with his arms.

Jenzi lands a right hand. Jenzi escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Jenzi closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Jenzi lands in his opponent's guard. Jenzi decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jenzi misses with a straight left. Mighty Wincho closes the distance and clinches. Mighty Wincho misses with a knee to the head. Jenzi has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Mighty Wincho is trying to keep an underhook but Jenzi manages to get the takedown into half guard. Jenzi thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Mighty Wincho's head. Jenzi missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Jenzi trying to mount his opponent but Mighty Wincho defends it. Mighty Wincho is in a tricky position. We've heard reports from his gym mates at Gracie Barra Hilo (Three 2x Elite Coaches for $300 that he's been drilling escapes, so let's see if he can get back to his feet. Jenzi wants to work for an arm triangle but Mighty Wincho is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jenzi is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Mighty Wincho doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Jenzi. Mighty Wincho pushes Jenzi off looking to stand but Jenzi dives back in and keeps control.
Jenzi is working for a kimura but Mighty Wincho is defending it quite comfortably.
Jenzi seems to be trying to get a kimura but instead Mighty Wincho has recovered full guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Jenzi drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Mighty Wincho manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Jenzi has Mighty Wincho in his guard. Jenzi is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Jenzi is pulling down on Mighty Wincho's head to control his posture. Jenzi is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Mighty Wincho avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Jenzi has his foot on Mighty Wincho's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Mighty Wincho works his way back into a safe position though. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Mahlito Jenzi dominated that round. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!

Jenzi has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Mighty Wincho is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Mighty Wincho tries a knee to the head but he's missed.

Jenzi has his feet on Mighty Wincho's thighs here. He's pushed Mighty Wincho off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Mighty Wincho screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
