Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Willy Walnuts (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ted Logan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Walnuts comes to the cage accompanied by The Final Countdown (Europe). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Ted Logan! The judges for this bout are Ivan Kurochkin, Igor Prikhodko and Dmitry Maklakov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Logan has managed to clinch.
Come on Walnuts - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Logan takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life. Walnuts wants a takedown.
Logan wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Logan has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Walnuts is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Logan prevents the takedown attempt.
The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows. Logan tries to break the clinch but Walnuts is controlling the position. Walnuts breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Walnuts fails with a takedown attempt. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Willy Walnuts. That's going to take a lot out of him. Logan avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

That's one minute gone in the round. Logan pushes Walnuts up against the cage in a clinch. Logan wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Walnuts is trying to stall.
Walnuts seems a little flustered. He's come in with the intention of controlling the clinch but Logan is preventing him from doing so, at least for the moment. Walnuts drops down looking for an ankle pick but Logan pulls his leg out and moves away.
Logan is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Logan misses with a jab, cross combination.
Logan tries to clinch but Walnuts moves away and Walnuts counters with a nice leg kick. Logan tries to clinch but fails miserably and Walnuts counters by moving into the clinch.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Walnuts keeps control of Logan as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Walnuts is trying to maintain a safe position but Logan gets an underhook and turns Walnuts into the cage. Walnuts throws a knee to the head but misses.
Logan breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Logan misses with a few strikes there.
Walnuts tries to clinch there but Logan circles away.
Logan tries to clinch but Walnuts is having none of it. Logan throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Logan lands the left hand. Logan throws a head kick that Walnuts semi-blocks.
Logan tries to clinch but Walnuts moves out of range. No luck for Logan with that takedown attempt. Walnuts takes the fight into the clinch.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Walnuts lands with a short shot to the head. Logan breaks the clinch.
Logan lands a glancing blow to the side of Walnuts's head. Walnuts closes the distance looking to clinch and Logan counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Logan. Walnuts keeps control of Logan as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Walnuts ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Walnuts no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard. Logan has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Walnuts is proving hard to escape from. Logan stays in close to Walnuts's body and controls the position. Logan must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Logan thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Logan stands up and waves to Walnuts to follow him. Walnuts decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Logan manages to escape and get back to his feet! Logan throws a head kick that misses and Walnuts counters with a takedown into side control. Walnuts working the head with strikes. Logan tries to improve position but can't. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Willy Walnuts will probably get the nod. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Logan fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Logan scores with a hook to the body. Logan is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Walnuts breaks from the clinch.

Logan scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. Walnuts is looking for a sweep. Logan is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Walnuts moves into full guard.
Logan gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. Logan swats away the attempt to clinch by Walnuts.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Walnuts throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Logan moves into the clinch. Logan wants to get back to striking at distance but Walnuts won't allow it.
Walnuts breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Walnuts tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Walnuts shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Logan's guard. Logan has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Walnuts can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Logan pushes Walnuts off and gets back to his feet.
Willy Walnuts is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Logan wants to clinch and Walnuts counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Logan's guard now.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Walnuts trying to control the position from guard on top but Logan is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Walnuts working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Walnuts won't allow Logan to get back to his feet. Logan looking for a guillotine here but Walnuts defends easily.
Walnuts tries to free his leg and advance position but Logan is retaining full guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Logan throws some shots to the body, keeping his opponent honest.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Some wild striking there from Logan.
Logan wants to clinch. The fight stays on the outside here - Logan looks like he's thinking about clinching though. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Willy Walnuts will probably get the nod. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. And we move into the final round!

Nice takedown defense from Logan. No joy for Walnuts on that attempt. Logan misses with a body kick. Logan is looking to clinch but Walnuts is avoiding it.
Good leg kick by Walnuts there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

That's one minute gone in the round. Logan doesn't succeed with the takedown and Walnuts counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Willy Walnuts has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ted Logan. Walnuts prevents Logan from standing back up.
Walnuts not landing any meaningful shots this time. Logan tries to kick Walnuts off but Walnuts keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. Logan kicks off Walnuts and gets to his feet. Logan clinches with his opponent.
Walnuts drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Logan closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Logan decides to stand back up. Logan steps back and let's Walnuts get back to his feet. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for leaving it all in the cage! Logan avoids the head kick by Walnuts.
Logan tries to close the distance and clinch but Walnuts swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Walnuts tries to clinch there but Logan circles away.
Logan misses with a low kick as Walnuts jumps back. Logan circles away from the clinch attempt.
Logan takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Logan fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Walnuts, pushing him back against the cage. Walnuts is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Logan is keeping busy. Logan can't break the clinch.
Walnuts breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Logan tries for a takedown but Walnuts circles away easily and Walnuts counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Logan has had enough of the clinch but Walnuts keeps him there for the moment. Logan wants to get back to striking at distance but Walnuts won't allow it.

Logan manages to break the clinch.
Logan throws out a leg kick but Walnuts moves out of range and Logan only half commits. Logan thuds his right hand into Walnuts's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters. Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Logan. Logan avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Walnuts throws a head kick but Logan moves out of range.
Logan throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Ted Logan has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Walnuts tries to clinch but Logan is having none of it.
And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Willy Walnuts. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Walnuts, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent.
