Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, KEYZER SOZE! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Ian Tunstall! The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, Sam Margolis and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A shot to de liver by SOZE. Beautiful body shot. Tunstall changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. SOZE looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. You can see the frustration on SOZE's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Tunstall decides to take the fight back to the feet. SOZE misses with a two punch combination.
SOZE tries to close the distance and clinch but Tunstall swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Tunstall fails with an attempt to clinch.
Tunstall shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. SOZE knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Tunstall on the ground. Tunstall pushes down on SOZE's leg and manages to get into half guard. SOZE is looking to escape. Tunstall decides to stand up.
That's one minute gone in the round. SOZE tests Tunstall's chin there with a solid looking shot. SOZE really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Tunstall gets a takedown into half guard. Tunstall looks gassed! Tunstall is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. SOZE doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Tunstall. Tunstall tries to stand and escape but SOZE is controlling the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. SOZE is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. SOZE wants to control but Tunstall is keeping busy.
Tunstall is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.
SOZE is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Tunstall thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. SOZE blocking the ground and pound attempt from Tunstall.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. SOZE throws a series of strikes that have Tunstall backpedaling.
SOZE gets a clinch. SOZE escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
KEYZER SOZE seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. SOZE doesn't succeed with the takedown and Tunstall counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for SOZE! Tunstall with the ground and pound from mount. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. SOZE is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. SOZE in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head. SOZE tries to lock up and control but Tunstall gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Tunstall cracks SOZE with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
SOZE is working to get back to half guard.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Tunstall landing punches. Tunstall avoids the attempt from SOZE to control. SOZE tries to reverse the position but Tunstall maintains control. SOZE is trying to stand. Tunstall looking to ground and pound his opponent to a finish here.
SOZE keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Tunstall fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ian Tunstall dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
SOZE misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. SOZE's corner calls for a 1,2 combination and SOZE duly obliges. SOZE gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. SOZE is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Tunstall works over SOZE with some ground and pound from guard. Tunstall content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Tunstall passes SOZE's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Tunstall lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears. SOZE trying to hold on to Tunstall's head to control him but Tunstall postures up.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tunstall moves nicely into side control. SOZE is looking for a sweep. Tunstall decides to stand up, so the ref orders SOZE to his feet. SOZE with a lazy takedown attempt and Tunstall counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for SOZE! SOZE's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up. SOZE is desperately trying to improve his position but Tunstall has a good base and remains in mount. Tunstall lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.

That's two minutes gone in the round. SOZE is looking to get to half guard. SOZE tries to hold on but Tunstall postures up. SOZE is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Tunstall is in the full mount, landing strikes. SOZE tries to hold on but Tunstall pushes him away.
That's three minutes gone in the round. BOOM! Tunstall connects with a massive shot to the dome!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Tunstall with the ground and pound from mount. Tunstall is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but SOZE is surviving well by controlling Tunstall's body position as best he can. Tunstall get's back to his feet. SOZE fails with the takedown and Tunstall counters with a takedown into side control. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for KEYZER SOZE. That's going to take a lot out of him. Tunstall cracks SOZE with a big right hand but SOZE just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Tunstall decides to take the fight back to the feet. SOZE tries to close the distance and clinch up but Tunstall swats him away and circles back towards the center. SOZE shoots and misses and Tunstall counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Tunstall wants to work for an arm triangle but SOZE is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

SOZE gets full guard. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. SOZE wants to control but Tunstall passes easily into half guard.
Tunstall is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so SOZE is just riding it out for now. Tunstall eventually gives up the hold. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ian Tunstall showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!

Tunstall prevents SOZE from getting back to his feet. Tunstall decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. Tunstall closes the distance and clinches. SOZE prevents the takedown attempt.
Both fighters are breathing heavily. SOZE tries for a takedown but Tunstall manages to get underhooks.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tunstall gets a trip takedown into half guard. SOZE wants to get back to full guard but Tunstall has passed into side control. SOZE is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. SOZE is trying desperately to improve position. Tunstall lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.

That's two minutes gone in the round. SOZE is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. SOZE gets back to half guard. SOZE tries to roll over but Tunstall keeps him under control. Tunstall has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Tunstall working the head and body with strikes. SOZE misses with some strikes from the bottom.

SOZE is trying to control Tunstall's posture but Tunstall avoids it. Tunstall cracks SOZE with an elbow. That is naaassty. Tunstall working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Tunstall tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Tunstall has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Tunstall lands a decent elbow from side control. SOZE is trying to control Tunstall's posture but Tunstall avoids it. KEYZER SOZE has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! SOZE tries to get back to half guard but can't.
And that's the end of the fight! Ian Tunstall comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Tunstall winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
