Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Masune Maeda (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vic Vader (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Vader has chosen Burn It To The Ground as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Vic Vader!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Frank Antenori and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vader tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Maeda counters with a nice body shot.
Vader shoots in but Maeda avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Vader gets a takedown into half guard.
Vader prevents Maeda from improving his position.
Maeda has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Vader is working away from the top position though.
Maeda actively working from the bottom here.
Vader is trying to control the action in half guard but Maeda is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Maeda manages to get to full guard.
Maeda looking to hit a scissor sweep but Vader is one step ahead there.
Maeda manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Maeda is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Vader to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Vader shrugs it off.
Maeda breaks from Vader's wrist control and lands an elbow.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Vader is looking to improve his position but Maeda isn't that keen on the idea.

Vader is rocked!
Maeda loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Vader scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Maeda land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Maeda stands and salutes the crowd.
