Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Sebastien Linne (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Parvati Mellia (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Linne's entrance music is Arcturus - The Chaos Path. A fine choice. Mellia comes into a darkened arena with his song building. KMA - Pommeja kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Parvati Mellia struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 156.6lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. Let's see how much it's taken out of him. Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Parvati Mellia enters the cage!

Linne seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Mellia does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Linne turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.

Linne fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Mellia.
Mellia bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Linne's head.

Linne goes for a double leg but Mellia avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Mellia continues to drive forward.

Linne has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Mellia clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!
Linne is looking cool and calm here, just waiting for a good opportunity to attack and finish the fight from this dominant position.
Mellia manages to reverse the position and now he's in Linne's guard. Nice work there by Mellia.

That was a close second round but I would say that Sebastien Linne will probably get the nod.

Sebastien Linne overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Linne has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Mellia felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Linne, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
