Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jack Gates (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Donald Trump (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
9 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jack Gates! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
7 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Donald Trump! The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Yves DeLean and Dillan Fox.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Trump stuffs the takedown. Gates shoots for a double leg takedown but Trump sprawls well. He's pushed Gates's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Trump closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. Trump is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Gates is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Trump working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Gates is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here. Gates dodges the ground and pound from Trump. Trump tries to advance to mount but can't.
That's one minute gone in the round. Gates is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Trump is controlling him well. Gates explodes and escapes back to his feet! Nice escape there! Gates shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Trump as he jumps to the side. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jack Gates. That's going to take a lot out of him. Gates with a lazy takedown attempt and Trump counters with a nice double leg into side control. Gates won't be happy with that. Trump scores with a couple of short elbows. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Trump is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Gates knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Trump in side control, throwing shots but Gates defends.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Gates wants to get back to his feet but Trump drags him back down. Trump lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Gates down.
Gates parries the strikes from Trump easily there. Trump is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Gates to escape.
Trump tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Trump has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! The ground and pound from Trump seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent. Gates is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Trump asserts his dominance and retains side control. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Trump is trying to ground and pound but Gates uses the momentary lack of control by Trump to regain half guard. Gates is looking to escape.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Gates avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Trump. Gates is defending against the submission attempts here by Trump.
Gates is trying to stand up here but Trump is controlling him well. Trump missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Gates is trying to stand.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Trump is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

Trump not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Gates tries to kick Trump off but Trump keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. Trump seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Gates is looking to escape. Trump working over Gates with some ground and pound. Gates looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. Trump lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Donald Trump dominated that round. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!
Gates with a poor takedown and Trump counters with a nice double leg into side control. Gates won't be happy with that. Trump is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Gates looks calm but he's in trouble here. Trump gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Gates is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Trump lets go of the hold and Gates can pop his arm back in it's socket.
