Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Melvin Manhoef (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fabio Villegas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 18 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Melvin Manhoef!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Fabio Villegas!
The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, Skip Squint and John Mangel.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Manhoef cracks a nice hook into Villegas's ribs.
Manhoef is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Villegas uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Manhoef.
A good leg kick by Manhoef.
Villegas is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Manhoef.
Manhoef doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Villegas throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Manhoef closes the distance and pushes Villegas back into the cage.
Manhoef taking a break, stalling in the clinch.
Manhoef using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Villegas has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Both guys are working to get underhooks.
Villegas is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Manhoef to keep the fight standing.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Villegas has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Manhoef should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Villegas has tightened it up now! Manhoef should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
