Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jun Kasai (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Per Djevelsson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kasai comes to the cage accompanied by Nonpoint - Bullet with a name. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Jun Kasai! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Per Djevelsson! The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Ren Mimura and Yukihiro Yamamoto.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Djevelsson tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Djevelsson lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Djevelsson throws a body punch but Kasai moves out of range. Djevelsson darts in trying to clinch and Kasai decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Djevelsson's guard. Kasai is looking to pass into half guard but Djevelsson pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Djevelsson is in guard. Kasai is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Kasai working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Djevelsson doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Djevelsson manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Djevelsson preventing the sweep.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kasai pulls Djevelsson in close to prevent any damage. Kasai has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
We're going to have a standup here because Jun Kasai wasn't active enough for the referee's liking. Djevelsson scores with a jab to the body. Kasai takes one to the side of the head.
Kasai takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Djevelsson tries to clinch but Kasai moves out of range. Kasai shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Kasai dives in for a single leg takedown but Djevelsson sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. Kasai drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jun Kasai. That's going to take a lot out of him. Kasai is breathing heavily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kasai is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Djevelsson gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. Djevelsson gets underhooks to prevent Kasai's takedown attempt.
Kasai is trying to drag Djevelsson to the mat but Djevelsson just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. Djevelsson tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Kasai's elbow. Djevelsson prevents the takedown attempt.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Djevelsson misses with a hook to the ribs.

Djevelsson is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath. A short uppercut from Djevelsson. Djevelsson is trying to maintain a safe position but Kasai gets an underhook and turns Djevelsson into the cage. Kasai goes for a takedown attempt but Djevelsson pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Djevelsson lands a slapping body shot.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kasai avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Kasai blocks a low kick nicely. Djevelsson throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Djevelsson thuds a left hand into Kasai's body. Djevelsson throws a series of punches but Kasai moves out of range. Kasai takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor. Djevelsson lands with a nice body punch. Djevelsson lands with a good body shot. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Djevelsson throws a head kick but Kasai moves out of range.
Djevelsson clinches up against the cage. Djevelsson pushes Kasai back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head. Djevelsson struggles to land a body shot inside as Kasai controls his hands.
Djevelsson lands a shoulder strike.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A short uppercut from Djevelsson. Djevelsson lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards. Djevelsson lands on the inside with an uppercut. Djevelsson breaks from the clinch.
Djevelsson works Kasai's body with a nice hook. We've been informed that Djevelsson has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight. Djevelsson fails with an attempt to clinch.
Djevelsson rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Kasai moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Djevelsson throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Kasai on the side of the head. Djevelsson lands a lovely overhand right. Kasai takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Kasai is sent reeling backwards by a solid uppercut. He barely regains his balance and Djevelsson moves in for the kill throwing a continuous barrage of punches that force the ref to step in.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:50 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Per Djevelsson! Per Djevelsson decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well. In defeat, Jun Kasai stepped up to the mic, saying 'F*ck you!'.
