Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jetrone Lagoc (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Reagen Penn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lagoc comes into the arena with Before I Forget blaring out of the sound system. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
13 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Jetrone Lagoc!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
9 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Reagen Penn!
The judges for this bout are Ryoma Takatsuka, Josh West and Colin Fray.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lagoc scores with a shot to the body.
Lagoc uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Penn is trying hard to land a takedown here. Lagoc sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Penn shoots and misses
and Lagoc counters with a three punch combo that has Penn backing up. Penn nods at Lagoc to acknowledge the strikes.
Lagoc drops Penn with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Penn looks back up at him and smiles so Lagoc waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Penn is rocked!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Penn is aggressively charging in as Lagoc backs up avoiding any damage. Lagoc tosses out a jab and Penn runs right into it face first! Penn is out cold! Lagoc dropped down on all fours and is barking in Penn's face like a pit bull in celebration until the ref was finally able to pull him away!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:21 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Jetrone Lagoc!
After winning the bout, Jetrone Lagoc thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
