Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Sanford Walsh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wojtek Dur (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Sanford Walsh! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Wojtek Dur! The judges for this bout are Reed Andrews, Columbo Gatti and Russell Pearce.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dur drives through with a takedown into guard. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. Dur wants to pass the guard but Walsh is keeping the position. Walsh wants to sweep here but Dur controlling him for the moment. Walsh doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.
Dur wants to stand but Walsh has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Walsh is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Dur is aware though and is defending well. Dur wants to stand but Walsh has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Walsh manages to wriggle out and sneak his way back up to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched up against the cage. Dur escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Dur shoots in for a takedown and gets it. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Walsh wants to improve his position but Dur is controlling well.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dur prevents Walsh from standing back up.
Dur performing his best blanket impression for a moment. Dur is looking for the mount but instead finds himself back in full guard. Dur passes easily into side control. Nice work. Dur passes to full mount! That's big trouble for Walsh! Walsh really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
Dur is standing up, even though he is in mount. Walsh is breathing heavily. Walsh blocks a head kick by Dur.
Dur thows a body kick. Walsh tries to catch it but that hurt him.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Dur throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Walsh counters with a big head kick but Dur shrugs it off. Walsh blocks a head kick by Dur.
Walsh closes this distance looking for a takedown but Dur circles away. Dur tries to bum rush Walsh with a series of wild strikes but Walsh uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Walsh gets caught flat footed, as Dur shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Walsh striking off his back but it's not causing Dur any problems. Dur trying to control the position from guard on top but Walsh is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Dur slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Dur trying to control the position but Walsh is working away. Dur looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dur has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand. Walsh wants to clinch. Dur keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Dur throws a right hand that Walsh ducks under and follows up with a left that Walsh also avoids with ease. Dur lands with a slapping head kick.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Dur misses with a head kick.
Walsh closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Dur did well to prevent Walsh getting side control. Walsh prevents Dur from improving his position. Walsh drops an elbow to the side of Dur's head. Walsh throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Dur is not content to let Walsh control the position. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. The referee calls for the fighters to work.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Wojtek Dur dominated that round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Walsh dodges the punch combination from Dur.
Walsh takes a kick to the body and keeps moving. Walsh pushes Dur up against the cage in a clinch. Dur breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Dur throws a leg kick that is checked and Walsh moves into the clinch. Dur lands a knee to the head.
Dur is trying to push Walsh away but Walsh has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere. Dur lands an elbow just above Walsh 's eye.
It looks like Sanford Walsh has been cut. Dur creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Walsh's defenses. Dur using the Thai clinch to land knees to the body.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dur looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now. Dur trying to land knees to the body.
Walsh blocks an elbow strike from Dur.
Dur looking to throw knees to the head but Walsh is blocking nicely.
Dur cracks Walsh with a nice body shot. Dur has the Thai clinch. He lands a big knee to the head that stumbles Walsh - he's in trouble! Another big knee to the head from Dur, and another! Walsh is out on his feet - the ref jumps in to save him and ends the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:47 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Knees). Wojtek Dur!
