Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Antifanz Del Norte (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and James Hemingway (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Del Norte comes to the cage accompanied by La Coka Nostra - Malverde Market. Hemingway has chosen Respect as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. James Hemingway has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 10 - 0, fighting out of New York, James Hemingway!
The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, James Ackerman and Donald Grub.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hemingway gets caught napping as Del Norte dives in and scores a takedown. Hemingway manages to retain guard.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Del Norte accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Del Norte postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.

Hemingway is looking for a triangle but Del Norte pushes his legs off easily.
Del Norte throws a strike but Hemingway rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
Del Norte preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
Hemingway won't allow Del Norte to get back to his feet.

Del Norte has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Hemingway tries to free his leg and advance position but Del Norte is retaining full guard.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
