Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Brett Yarris (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ian Dabest (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Yarris comes into the arena with Land Down Under blaring out of the sound system. Brett Yarris has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yarris moves in looking to clinch but Dabest pushes him off.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Dabest shoots in looking for a takedown. Yarris tries to sprawl out of it but Dabest keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Yarris manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Yarris had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Dabest is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Yarris Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Dabest's back instead.

Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Dabest throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Yarris escapes and throws Dabest's legs to the side, diving into side control!

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
