The judges for this bout are Johanna Lukiainen, Anni Minnemäki and Matti Vanhoillinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hempele lands a nice looking body kick.
Churchill lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
A telegraphed right hand from Churchill misses the target.
Churchill with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Hempele. Churchill shrugs it off though.
Hempele lands a head kick. Churchill smiles back at him and beckons him forward.

Hempele misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Churchill thuds his right hand into Hempele's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Churchill clinches.
I was talking to Churchill's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.
Churchill stalls.
Hempele breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
A nice leg kick lands there from Hempele.
Jussi Hempele seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A solid leg kick lands there for Hempele.
Churchill tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Hempele lands a head kick. Churchill smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
Churchill is rocked!
That's one minute gone in the round.
Churchill takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
Churchill misses with a jab, cross combination.
Churchill is breathing heavily.
The fighters circle, before Hempele throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Churchill's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Hempele lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!
