The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, Lou da Vinci and Franklyn Lucas.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ghodra lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Begiece at a distance.
Ghodra scores with a kick to the midsection.
Ghodra shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Begiece but Begiece pushes him off and we're back to square one.
No luck for Ghodra with that takedown attempt.
Ghodra looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Bonus Begiece has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Demitri Ghodra.

and Begiece moves into the clinch.

Ghodra pushes Begiece off looking to stand but Begiece dives back in and keeps control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Begiece is working to isolate an arm here. It's a telegraphed submission attempt but he's gone for it anyway - and he's got it! Begiece extends the arm and Ghodra is forced to tap!
