Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Flagon Sackett (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chase Rouch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sackett comes to the cage accompanied by RATM: Killing in the Name. The crowd seem to be enjoying Rouch's choice of entrance music: Can I. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the light heavyweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
13 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Flagon Sackett! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
10 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Chase Rouch! The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sackett circles away from the clinch attempt and Sackett counters with a nice kick to the body. The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Rouch checks a leg kick. Sackett has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Rouch. Sackett misses with a kick to the body and Rouch moves into the clinch. Sackett on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
A short right from Sackett on the inside. Sackett tries to break the clinch but Rouch is controlling the position. Sackett softening up his opponent with strikes, against the cage. Sackett throws a punch but it's blocked by Rouch. Rouch connects with a knee to the head.
It looks like Flagon Sackett has been cut. A quick uppercut on the inside from Sackett. With the two fighters working up against the cage, Rouch just misses with a elbow thrown towards Sackett's brow. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Sackett looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now. Rouch trying to control the position but instead, Sackett has worked for underhooks and has pushed Rouch into the cage. Sackett is trying to force a seperation but Rouch has the dominant position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sackett has a couple of punches blocked by Rouch.

A short right from Sackett. Sackett blocks an elbow strike from Rouch.
Sackett's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Sackett will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Sackett tries to bum rush Rouch with a series of wild strikes but Rouch uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Sackett misses with a looping left. Sackett drops Rouch with a left right combo! Sackett follows him down to the ground into side control.
Rouch is rocked! The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Sackett lands a strong strike to the head of Rouch. That's dazed him! Sackett looking to finish here. Rouch is waving his arms around trying to block but he's hurt badly - Sackett lands more strikes and the referee steps in to end the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Flagon Sackett! Flagon Sackett retains his light heavyweight title!
