Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mark Hanlon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Demetrious Smiff (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Smiff comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Nutz On Ya Chin by Eazy E kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hanlon tries to bum rush Smiff with a series of wild strikes but Smiff uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Smiff throws a half hearted mid kick.
Hanlon checks a low kick from Smiff.
Smiff dodges the punch combination from Hanlon.
Smiff throws a sloppy head kick and Hanlon moves out of range easily.
Hanlon has been working on his boxing with his coaches at London MMA Club in the buildup to the fight.
Hanlon looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

Smiff looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Hanlon passes into half guard.

Smiff might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Hanlon haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

Smiff content to sit in guard, stalling... Great. Oh but he could get punished here because Hanlon has locked up a guillotine! Hanlon's face is contorted as he sqeezes tight on the submission attempt - will he finish? Smiff is holding on here and Hanlon must be using up a lot of energy. Smiff has gone limp! He's out! He's out cold! Hanlon gets to his feet, tossing aside his stricken foe. Arms raised, he milks the applause from the crowd. Great submission!
