Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mark Kermodian (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Travis Wood (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kermodian kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Arctic Monkeys - Mardy Bum. Travis Wood has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

8 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Travis Wood! The judges for this bout are William Peck, Ian Loll and Steve Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kermodian throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena. Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Wood lands a jab to the nose. Kermodian throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Wood's head.
It looks like Travis Wood has been cut. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Kermodian throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Kermodian with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.

The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Kermodian manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
