The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fighter steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Stone.
Stone keeps the fight on the outside.
Stone lands a nice looking kick to the body. Fighter takes a step back to recover.
Fighter checks the leg kick nicely there.

Fighter takes one on the chin but seems OK.

Stone's coach down at WildBoar's Pig Pen (Strength and Conditioning) $40 was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Stone's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.

Fighter is rocked!
Both fighters circling a little - Stone finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
Oh Fighter is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Stone lands with a nice body kick.
Fighter seems to have got his legs back now.

Stone connects with a solid leg kick.

Stone thuds his shin into the meat of Fighter's side.

Fighter steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Stone. That one must have hurt.
Fighter is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.

Stone lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Fighter sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
Stone lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.

Stone feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Fighter's calf.
Fighter has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Stone.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Fighter crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Stone - the referee stops the clock and Fighter gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Stone. Fighter manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Stone, right into the meat.
Stone lands with an uppercut that bounces Fighter off the cage and back into range.
Both fighters circling a little - Stone finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
Fighter on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Stone. Stone obviously looking to wear him down.
Thud! ouch! good body kick from Stone - that will leave a mark!
Stone with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
A punch lands to the side of Fighter 's head but he takes it in his stride.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Stone dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Fighter. That did some damage!
Fighter walks forward, straight into a front kick from Stone.
Stone with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Stone throws a leg kick which misses Fighter's front leg but catches the back leg as Fighter tries to avoid it.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Owen Stone dominated that round.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Stone moves into range and lands a nice body kick.

That kick from Stone tenderised Fighter's leg. Fighter is trying to keep his angry face on.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Stone drops Fighter with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Fighter looks back up at him and smiles so Stone waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Stone connects with a leg kick. Fighter looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.

Stone sends Fighter crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Stone is motioning to the referee to let Fighter up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

Stone cracks Fighter with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Fighter tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Stone pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Fighter is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
