Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Vinnie Haz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Claude Daneau (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Vinnie Haz has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Vinnie Haz! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Claude Daneau! The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Sam Margolis and Paul Tew.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Haz!
It looks like Claude Daneau has been cut. Haz fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Daneau manages to avoid it. Haz rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Daneau moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Haz misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Haz throws a body kick, spinning off balance and Daneau counters with a shoot takedown. Haz fights it but they end up in guard. This has been an exciting period of action! Daneau postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Haz is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Daneau, into his guard. Haz content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Daneau keeping moving, preventing Haz from controlling successfully. Our spies down at at Ground Zero London inform us that Daneau has really been working on his submissions in the buildup to this fight. Will it pay off? Daneau had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Haz defends it easily. Haz throws a strike but Daneau rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
That's one minute gone in the round. Daneau won't allow Haz to sweep him here. Daneau is pushing down on Haz's leg trying to pass to half guard. Haz is fighting to maintain full guard but Daneau has managed to sneak the leg through. Daneau is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Haz has managed to free his arm - good work. Daneau seems to be working for a kimura but Haz defends the submission attempt. Daneau seems to be looking for submissions.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Haz is trying to escape back to his feet but Daneau uses the scramble to pass into side control.
Daneau tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Haz is trying to escape and get back to his feet. Daneau gets to mount! Haz was on the offensive and wasn't defending properly.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Haz tries to get back to half guard but can't. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Haz stops Daneau from taking his back. Still, being mounted isn't any better. Daneau looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead. Daneau jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Haz manages to avoid the submission attempt. Daneau working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Haz wants to control but Daneau postures up. Daneau is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Haz knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Haz can't do much from the bottom here. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Claude Daneau dominated that round. The cut man is working on Claude Daneau's cut. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Haz misses with a body shot.
Haz lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Haz misses with a double jab.
Daneau ducks under a wild hook from Haz. Haz scores with a punch to the head. Vinnie Haz is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Daneau takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Daneau showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Haz.
Haz throws a body kick that misses. Daneau dodges the punch combination from Haz.
Haz lands a nice shot to the body.
Daneau is breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Daneau moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
That has opened up Claude Daneau's cut even more. Haz throws a body punch but Daneau moves out of range. Haz throws a right and a left that both miss. Daneau drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles. Daneau dodges the punch combination from Haz.
Haz looks to land a combination. Daneau sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Daneau is rocked! Vinnie Haz is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Haz thuds his shin into the meat of Daneau's side. Haz throws a series of punches but Daneau avoids them all with ease. Haz connects with a right hand. Daneau shakes it off.
The cut above Claude Daneau's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Haz throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends Daneau stumbling backwards into the cage! Daneau bounces back off the cage towards Haz, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Haz lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Haz celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:10 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Vinnie Haz!
