Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ushman Haszan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andrew Havener (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Havener has chosen My Dick: Mickey Avalon as his entrance music. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Ushman Haszan!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 - 17 - 3, fighting out of St Petersburg, Andrew Havener!
The judges for this bout are Ivan Kurochkin, Illya Tyunina and Valeri Chadov.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Haszan circles away from the clinch attempt.
Havener tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Haszan manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Havener has taken the fight to the clinch.
Haszan managing to block the knees to the body from Havener.
Havener misses with an elbow strike.
Havener lands a nice knee to the body.
Havener using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Haszan has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.

Haszan pivots, looking for a leg kick but Havener is out of range and Haszan settles back down.
Haszan throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Havener.

Havener lands a big right hand that sends Haszan crashing to the mat! Havener stays standing though and waves Haszan back to his feet!

Oh Haszan is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

I was talking to Haszan's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.

Havener ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Havener no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Haszan drops back, looking for a kneebar! Havener looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Havener looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Havener!

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Ushman Haszan has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

This has been an exciting period of action!
Haszan on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.

Andrew Havener is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.
Havener throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Haszan on the side of the head.
