Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sven Svensen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Darby Crash (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Crash has chosen Lexicon Devil as his entrance music. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 25 - 16 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Sven Svensen!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Darby Crash!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, and Don Winkell.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Svensen throws a head kick but Crash moves out of range.
Svensen avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Crash scores with a jab. Svensen acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Svensen fails with an attempt to clinch.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Svensen is trying to pull guard but Crash turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
Crash working hard to break the clinch.
Svensen stalling in the clinch.
Crash swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Crash tries to score a body lock takedown but Svensen shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Svensen letting Crash take a breather here.

Svensen pulls guard effortlessly.

We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Svensen is trying to control the position from the bottom.

Svensen looking for a guillotine here but Crash defends easily.
Svensen looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Crash slips nicely into half guard.
Svensen is looking for a sweep. Crash is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Svensen on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Svensen wants to get back to full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Crash passes to full mount!
Crash landing strikes from the mount.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Crash prevents Svensen from getting the reversal.
Crash postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Svensen looks a forlorn figure.
Crash lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Svensen hang on?
Svensen sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.
Crash has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Svensen trying to get back to full guard but Crash takes advantage of the position and moves to full mount!
Crash lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Crash landing strikes from the mount and Svensen is in trouble!

Svensen is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Crash trying to control but he's not successful this time.
Svensen tries to reverse the position but Crash maintains control.
Crash wants to control the pace but Svensen is squirming around nicely.
Svensen sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.

That's four minutes gone in the round.

Crash is looking for a kimura here.
Crash not landing any meaningful shots this time.
Svensen wants to get back to full guard but Crash has mounted him!
Svensen might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Svensen is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Svensen is in a horrible position here. Crash smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Crash scoring with strikes but Svensen is staying in there.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Crash cracks Svensen with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Svensen is working to get back to half guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Darby Crash dominated that round.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.


Svensen circles away from the clinch attempt.
Svensen lands with a kick to the temple. Crash shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"


It looks like Darby Crash has been cut.
Crash moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Svensen tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Crash paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Jab by Crash.
Crash misses with the combination.
A head kick misses from Svensen.
Crash lands a nice shot to the body.
Crash throws out a powerful jab.
Svensen needs to keep his hands up - Crash had a free shot at his head there.
Svensen ducks under a wild hook from Crash.
Svensen throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
It's a brutal combination of punches from Crash! Svensen is backing up but he can't get away as Crash lands with one final shot to the jaw that drops Svensen and ends the fight. Great knockout.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:56 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Darby Crash!
Darby Crash made sure to give a little speech post fight, saying 'CIRCLE ONE!'.
