Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Chico Dicko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Toktogulovich Bakiyev (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chico Dicko has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Chico Dicko!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Toktogulovich Bakiyev!
The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Alan Glass and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bakiyev showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Dicko.
Dicko misses the jab.
Bakiyev has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Dicko finds it's way round the side to connect with Bakiyev's head.
Dicko loads up on a big right hand but Bakiyev slips the punch.
Dicko looks to score with a jab to the body but Bakiyev is just out of range.
Bakiyev chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Dicko can pounce on him.
Dicko misses with a looping right.
Bakiyev on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Dicko throws a series of punches but Bakiyev avoids them all with ease.
Dicko will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.

Bakiyev has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

Dicko thuds his shin into the meat of Bakiyev's side.

Dicko pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Dicko throws a shot from downtown. Bakiyev moves away and avoids it.

Bakiyev avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
Dicko bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Dicko misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Bakiyev is rocked!
Bakiyev takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Bakiyev is still on wobbly legs! Can Dicko finish him?
Dicko cracks Bakiyev with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Bakiyev tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Dicko pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Bakiyev is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:32 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Chico Dicko!
