Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Rafal Arsic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Draco Klay (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Rafal Arsic has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Rafal Arsic! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Draco Klay! The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, George Francis and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Klay takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Arsic tries to close the distance and clinch up but Klay swats him away and circles back towards the center. Klay throws a body kick that misses. Good standup being displayed there by Arsic as he connects with a hook. Klay throws a right hand that misses
and Arsic cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Klay changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Arsic tries to avoid it but Klay manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Arsic to the ground. Arsic escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Klay moves out of range of the strikes. Klay looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Arsic is fending him off so far but Klay persists. Nope, Arsic circles away and we're back to standing. Arsic connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. Arsic on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Klay has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Arsic finds it's way round the side to connect with Klay's head. Arsic scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Klay gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Arsic. Klay throws a push kick but Arsic slaps the foot to one side. Arsic wants to clinch and Klay counters with a left to the body. Klay misses with a body kick.

We've been informed that Klay has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result. Arsic jabs Klay to the body, keeping him at a distance. Arsic connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. Klay shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Rafal Arsic has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Draco Klay. Klay throws a poor cross that misses
and Arsic connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Klay goes for a spinning back kick but it misses. Arsic takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away. Nice jab there from Arsic. Arsic on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. Klay throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Arsic's head. This has been an exciting period of action! Klay dives in and grabs Arsic's left leg, looking for a takedown. Arsic pushes down on Klay's head and hops out. Arsic scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
It looks like Draco Klay has been cut. Arsic misses with a straight right.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The fighters circle momentarily. Arsic darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch. Klay takes a shot right to the bread basket. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Klay is defended easily by Arsic. Arsic lands with a right hand. Arsic lands with a hook. Klay tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head. Klay circles away from the clinch attempt.
No joy there for Klay, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Klay throws a looping overhand right but Arsic ducks down to avoid it. Arsic is looking to clinch. Sloppy strikes from Klay. Those never looked like landing. Klay ducks right into an uppercut from Arsic. Klay shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Klay showed some decent athleticism there. Klay is keen to just control but Arsic is a slippery customer.

Klay passes the guard and advances to mount! Arsic wants to control but Klay is having none of it. Klay throwing strikes here but Arsic is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Klay misses with a head shot. Arsic blocking the ground and pound. Klay wants to control the pace but Arsic is squirming around nicely. Arsic tries to hold on but Klay postures up. Arsic avoids a series of strikes thrown by Klay.
Klay lands a big shot there that rocks Arsic but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Klay tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Arsic has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage. Klay punishing his opponent with strikes. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Rafal Arsic will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Draco Klay's cut. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!

Arsic stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Arsic wants it to stay on the feet. Rafal Arsic has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Draco Klay. Klay looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Draco Klay is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Arsic showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Klay.

Arsic pushes Klay back against the ropes and lands a hook to the side of the head. Arsic has Klay pressed against the ropes, preventing Klay from circling away and getting back to striking at range. Arsic is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath. A short right hand to the side of the head by Arsic. Klay drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Klay tries to break the clinch but Arsic is controlling the position. Klay takes an elbow to the forehead. Klay takes an elbow to the temple. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. Arsic looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. Klay is controlling Arsic's position as best he can from this difficult position. Arsic content to control rather than advance. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Arsic is keen to just control but Klay is a slippery customer. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Klay is rocked! Arsic does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy. Klay is still on wobbly legs! Can Arsic finish him? Arsic throws out a loose jab but Klay uses good head movement to avoid it. Arsic lands a lovely overhand right. Klay throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:24 of round 3, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Rafal Arsic! A very excited looking Rafal Arsic rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
