Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Tyson Thor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Blagojevic Batakovic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 10 - 5 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Tyson Thor!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 7 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Blagojevic Batakovic!
The judges for this bout are Winston Alpacca, Daniel Franklin and Dirk Anderson.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice sprawl there from Batakovic as Thor shoots in.
Thor shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Batakovic as he jumps to the side.
Batakovic throws a body punch but Thor moves out of range.
Batakovic throws a series of punches but Thor avoids them all with ease.
Batakovic connects with a nice looking jab.
Batakovic scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Thor doesn't seem bothered though.
Batakovic goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Thor has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.

It looks like Tyson Thor has been cut.
Thor shoots for a double leg takedown but Batakovic sprawls well. He's pushed Thor's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Tyson Thor. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Batakovic keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.

Thor closes the distance and pushes Batakovic back into the cage.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Thor tries to pull guard but Batakovic forces him back to his feet, against the cage.
Thor is looking to take this one to the mat.

Batakovic pulls Thor into guard.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Thor advances position into side control!
Batakovic tries to bench press Thor off him but Thor keeps the position.

Thor is working to tighten his grip on Batakovic's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Batakovic has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Thor is really squeezing tight and eventually Batakovic passes out! Thor breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
