Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between John Doe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nico Vega (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Doe comes to the cage accompanied by Treasure Island. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

7 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Nico Vega!
The judges for this bout are Winston Alpacca, Peter Branson and Santiago Holmes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Doe connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Doe throws the left hand but Vega avoids the punch easily.
Vega throws a push kick but Doe slaps the foot to one side.
A jab from Doe misses.
Vega looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Vega takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Doe misses the jab.
Doe doesn't manage to clinch there - Vega circles away.
The fight stays on the outside here - Doe looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Doe sees an opening and throws a straight punch right through Vega's defenses. It connects perfectly with Vega's jaw and knocks him out cold! Wow - that's a contender for knockout of the year - absolutely brutal!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:31 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). John Doe!
A very excited looking John Doe made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
