Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jeremy Barrett (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fabio Marques (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Marques has chosen mosh as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Jeremy Barrett has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The judges for this bout are David Hoff, Bart Greer and Santiago Holmes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Marques walks into a straight right hand from Barrett.
It looks like Fabio Marques has been cut.
Barrett gets a clinch.
Barrett working some nice short punches in the clinch.
Barrett keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Marques's efforts to push away.
Marques misses with a punch on the inside.
Barrett throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.
Barrett lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Barrett lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
Marques breaks from the clinch.
Barrett cracks Marques with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Marques looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Barrett finish him?
Marques is rocked!
Barrett takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Marques is still on wobbly legs! Can Barrett finish him?
Barrett circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Marques to the canvas! Marques doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Barrett keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:37 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jeremy Barrett!
