Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Randy Royale (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jonathan Thor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Thor has chosen Boom - P.O.D as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 19 - 1, fighting out of London, Randy Royale! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Jonathan Thor! The judges for this bout are Phil Schofield, Steven Brown and James Atkins.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Thor fails to land the takedown. Royale has a takedown stuffed. Horrible takedown attempt by Royale or perhaps it was just good defense by Thor, which made it look bad. Royale misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Randy Royale. That's going to take a lot out of him. Thor throws a body kick that misses. Royale rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Thor moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Thor shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down. Thor gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Royale to score an easy takedown into full guard. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. Royale won't allow Thor to get back to his feet. Royale forces his way into half guard. Thor pushes Royale off looking to stand but Royale dives back in and keeps control.
That's one minute gone in the round. Royale is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Thor is just riding it out for now. Royale eventually gives up the hold. Thor looks like he's trying to stand up.
Thor felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it. Royale working the head and body with strikes. Royale content to control rather than advance. Royale thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Thor's head.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Royale trying to mount his opponent but Thor defends it. Royale wants to stand up but Thor has a hold of him and won't allow it. Thor tries to kick Royale off but Royale keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. Royale moves nicely into side control. Royale has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Thor! Thor in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Royale controlling the position easily from mount. Thor blocking the ground and pound.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Royale fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Royale won't let Thor get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now. Royale looking to ground and pound but Thor is blocking nicely. Royale landing shots from mount. Royale working away from the top, dropping strikes. This has been an exciting period of action! Royale scores with a couple of good head shots there.
Thor wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Royale.
Royale loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Thor scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Royale land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Royale stands and salutes the crowd.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Randy Royale! Randy Royale gave a mention to Just Fight (Everything 7$) in his post fight interview. That will please them (and hopefully generate some sales).
