Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Aznar Thrul (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gary Grice (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Grice has chosen GZA - Shadowboxin' as his entrance music. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thrul throws an off balance right hand
and Grice counters with a good low kick that Thrul was not able to check.

The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Grice takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.

Grice manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Thrul manages to get himself to full guard.

Thrul stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Grice swivels though and keeps the full guard.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Grice lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Thrul!
Grice wants to control the pace but Thrul is squirming around nicely.

Gary Grice spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
