Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Olin Brennan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aaron Bush (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Aaron Bush will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Olin Brennan!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Aaron Bush!
The judges for this bout are Luis Engracia, Seu Braga and Daniel Cesar.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bush dives in for a single leg takedown but Brennan sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Bush tries to pull guard but Brennan holds him up against the cage and eventually Bush drops back down to his feet.
Brennan misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Bush.
Bush tries to break free but Brennan pushes him back against the cage.
Brennan is pushing Bush up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.
Bush tries to throw a body punch but Brennan avoids it by throwing Bush back against the cage.

Bush ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Bush no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Brennan drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Bush manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Brennan has Bush in his guard.
A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Brennan holds on and takes a little breather.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Brennan manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Bush is flailing around like a fish out of water, trying to land strikes.
Bush wants to control but Brennan is having none of it.
Brennan wants to stand but Bush is holding on to him, trying to stop him posturing up.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Brennan has control of Bush's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Bush regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Bush tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Brennan controlling the pace for now.

Brennan swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Bush is now in Brennan's guard. A big mistake from Brennan there, giving up the dominant position!
Bush not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Brennan wants to hit a switch here but Bush passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Brennan there!
Brennan is just holding on here. Bush manages to take his back.
So, who will make the next big move? In this position it could be crucial.
Bush softening up his opponent with strikes here.
Brennan could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Bush tries to get the hooks in deep but Brennan pushed the leg off.

Bush working for a RNC but it's not happening just yet.
Bush has the hooks in. Brennan is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Brennan looks to control his opponent's hands but he's not mananging it at the moment.
Brennan tries to escape but Bush has the hooks in and won't let him break free.
Brennan just trying to survive but Bush is wriggling into a better position, looking to finish.
Bush wants to control but Brennan is keeping busy.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
A bit of a pause in the action here. Bush controlling the positon.
Bush trying desperately to keep hold of the dominant position.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Brennan can't escape the position.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Aaron Bush dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.


Brennan shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Bush as he avoids it easily.
Olin Brennan is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

and Brennan moves into the clinch.

Bush decides to pull guard.
Brennan slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Bush holds on and takes a little breather.
Bush trying to control the position.

Brennan has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Bush to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Brennan is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Bush pulls down on the head and he's put Brennan to sleep! This one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:58 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Aaron Bush!
