The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sanders swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Sanders takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Takashi misses with a wild combination.
Takashi lands with a nice combination. Sanders backs away looking to recover.
Some wild striking there from Takashi.
A looping hook to the body misses from Takashi. Sanders does a little dance to reset his feet.
Takashi throws a hook to the side of Sanders's head but Sanders sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Takashi throws a hook but Sanders blocks it.
Takashi misses with an uppercut
and Sanders counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Takashi is lucky that one didn't land flush.

Takashi sends Sanders crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Takashi is motioning to the referee to let Sanders up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

Sanders is rocked!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Takashi weaves into range and cracks Sanders right on the temple with a beautiful overhand right! Sanders goes down! He's out cold! Wow, what a beautiful knockout! Takashi is strutting round the canvas like a movie star as the camera bulbs flash frantically.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Ken Takashi!
