Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Nick Sanchez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Moe Lester (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Moe Lester told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Nick Sanchez!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Moe Lester!
The judges for this bout are George Francis, Chris Downing and Alan Glass.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lester is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

Lester tries to clinch up but Sanchez circles away and keeps his distance.
Horrible takedown attempt by Sanchez or perhaps it was just good defense by Lester, which made it look bad.

Moe Lester seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Sanchez gets tackled into the cage by Lester. Lester maintains the clinch.
Lester is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.

Lester stalks Sanchez and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Sanchez's face. Sanchez staggers backwards, shaken.

Sanchez tries to clinch but Lester is having none of it.

Sanchez darts in looking for a takedown but Lester gets double underhooks and turns Sanchez into the cage.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
