The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, Hugh Johnson and Ron Honeybunn.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Berlitz needs to keep his hands up - Britton had a free shot at his head there.
Berlitz tries to clinch but Britton is having none of it.
Nice uppercut there from Britton.
Berlitz swings for the body but Britton moves out of range.
Britton is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Britton misses with a wild body shot.
Berlitz drives through with a takedown into guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Britton wants to stand but Berlitz is controlling the position.
Berlitz is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Britton is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Berlitz is standing up over Britton. Britton looks to escape but Berlitz dives into side control.

Berlitz prevents Britton from escaping the position.
Berlitz tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Berlitz has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Britton stops Berlitz from passing to mount.

Britton is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Berlitz is controlling him well.
Berlitz stands up and we're back to a striking position.
Britton dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Berlitz stops Britton from getting back to his feet.

Britton is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first.
Berlitz throwing shots but Britton is blocking nicely.
Berlitz seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Britton does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Britton is trying to stand.
Britton has been taking part in the yoga sessions down at Island Premium 20x CT's. Presumably he's going to look for a slick submission... Or maybe he's looking to avoid one.
Berlitz is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.

Well, if Berlitz is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
The ref stands the fighters back up because Dietrich Berlitz just wasn't active enough.
Berlitz shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Britton pushes Berlitz off looking to stand but Berlitz dives back in and keeps control.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Berlitz trying to control the action but Britton is working from the bottom.
Berlitz wants to get back to his feet.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Tel Britton will probably get the nod.

Berlitz takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Britton throws a left that rocks Berlitz and follows with a right that sends him tumbling to the canvas! Britton dives into side control, looking to finish! Can Berlitz regain composure!
It looks like Dietrich Berlitz has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Berlitz is rocked!
Berlitz is not content to let Britton control the position.
Oh Berlitz is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Britton scores with a big shot from side control... and another... and another! Oh Berlitz is done here - save him referee! More strikes land and eventually the ref does step in and Britton can finally stop beating on his defenseless opponent!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:42 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Tel Britton!
