Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Ramazan Emaev!
The judges for this bout are Konstantin Menshow, Viktor Lagutenko and Aleksei Zolotukhin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bajnai lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
No joy there for Bajnai, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Bajnai lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Bajnai tries to clinch but Emaev is having none of it.

Emaev shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Bajnai manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Emaev wants to pass the guard but Bajnai is keeping the position.
Emaev throws a big right hand that misses.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Bajnai trying to keep a closed guard but Emaev is proving a slippery customer.
Emaev trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Emaev stands up over Bajnai, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Bajnai is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Emaev has his hands clasped together but Bajnai extends and breaks Emaev's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Bajnai.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Janos Bajnai!
