Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Aaro Pajari (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Josiah Mudzuri (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Aaro Pajari is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Aaro Pajari! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
9 - 4 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Josiah Mudzuri! The judges for this bout are Santiago Holmes, Michael Johnstone and Bart Greer.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Pajari has his takedown stuffed and Mudzuri counters with a stiff right hand. Pajari shoots in for a double leg but Mudzuri sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Mudzuri misses with a double jab.
Mudzuri scores with a jab to the body. Pajari misses with a takedown and Mudzuri counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Aaro Pajari. That's going to take a lot out of him. Mudzuri displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Pajari. Mudzuri digs a good body shot into Pajari's ribs. Pajari takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Pajari shoots and misses and Mudzuri counters with a straight punch to the midsection. Mudzuri looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Mudzuri is thwarting Pajari's attempts to control the position. Pajari tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land. Pajari tries to roll over but Mudzuri keeps him under control.
That's one minute gone in the round. Pajari is working hard here to advance position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Mudzuri seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Pajari does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Pajari gets back to full guard.
Pajari has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Mudzuri can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Pajari has his foot on Mudzuri's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Mudzuri works his way back into a safe position though. Mudzuri won't allow Pajari to sweep him here. That's two minutes gone in the round. Pajari keeping full guard, as Mudzuri tries to pass. Pajari looking to hit a scissor sweep but Mudzuri is one step ahead there. Mudzuri must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Mudzuri trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Mudzuri keeps trying to improve his position. Mudzuri got a little sloppy there for a moment and Pajari has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Mudzuri has managed to get both his arms back between Pajari's legs - danger averted. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Mudzuri pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Pajari is keeping the position for now. Pajari wants to sweep but no luck.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Mudzuri trying to control the position from guard on top but Pajari is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Pajari has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Mudzuri can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Mudzuri postures up.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Mudzuri tries to free his leg and advance position but Pajari is retaining full guard. Pajari is looking for a triangle here but Mudzuri uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.
Pajari is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Mudzuri is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Pajari knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Pajari is looking to reverse the position. Mudzuri is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Pajari is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Mudzuri wants to lay and pray for a moment but Pajari keeps working. Pajari is looking to reverse the position. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Pajari manages to work his way to half guard, despite Mudzuri's best efforts. Pajari is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Mudzuri pulls his head out easily. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Mudzuri works his way into full mount! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Josiah Mudzuri will probably get the nod. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Mudzuri works the jab nicely. Pajari looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Mudzuri jabs at Pajari's body. Pajari is looking light on his feet compared to last time was saw him fight. Aaro Pajari seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Pajari misses with a takedown attempt and Mudzuri counters with a left to the body. Mudzuri connects with a good right hand that stumbles Pajari. Pajari circles away out of range and recomposes himself. Mudzuri dives in and scores a takedown into Pajari's guard. Pajari is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Pajari throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Mudzuri escapes and throws Pajari's legs to the side, diving into side control! Pajari tries to bench press Mudzuri off him but Mudzuri keeps the position. You can see the frustration on Pajari's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round. Pajari tries to slip a leg under to move to half guard but Mudzuri presses down on the leg and jumps into full mount! Pajari can't escape the position.
Pajari tries to lock up and control but Mudzuri gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Pajari is squirming around, avoiding Mudzuri's attempts to control the action. Pajari looking to escape from mount but he's given up his back! Mudzuri is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Pajari knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Pajari for a finish. Mudzuri really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Pajari. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Pajari breaks Mudzuri's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Pajari landing with the ground and pound. Pajari throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Pajari wants to control from the top but Mudzuri keeps moving. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Pajari is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Mudzuri is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Mudzuri has escaped and now he's on top! Pajari looking to control.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Pajari looking for subs off his back but Mudzuri has passed one foot through into half guard.

Pajari is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Pajari looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Mudzuri with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Pajari is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Mudzuri is trying is best to control the position here. Mudzuri is looking to control Pajari's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Mudzuri avoid being mounted? Mudzuri wants to get back to full guard. Pajari is working for a submission of some sort.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Mudzuri tries to get to full guard but Pajari has control of the leg. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but Josiah Mudzuri will probably get the nod - 10:9. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!
Excellent takedown into side control there by Pajari. Pajari is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Mudzuri is trying to escape and Pajari transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Mudzuri is forced to tap! Nice work there by Pajari! Very nice indeed!
