Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
9 - 6 - 1, fighting out of The Island, Gwan Dylan!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
10 - 6 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Timo Kahuna!
The judges for this bout are Dirk Anderson, Michael Johnstone and Bart Greer.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dylan avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Kahuna has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Dylan is landing a low percentage of strikes.
Kahuna misses with a hook
and Dylan counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Kahuna's guard now.
Dylan trying to control but Kahuna is working from the bottom.
Dylan prevents Kahuna from getting back to his feet.
Dylan is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Kahuna keeping moving, preventing Dylan from controlling successfully.
Dylan looking to pass the guard.
Dylan drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Kahuna manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Dylan has Kahuna in his guard.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Kahuna wants to stand but Dylan has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Dylan is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Kahuna defends well.
Kahuna gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Kahuna cracks Dylan with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Kahuna cracks Dylan with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Dylan moves forwards but Kahuna connects with a nice, crisp jab.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
The fighters circling - Kahuna throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Kahuna throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Dylan bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Dylan takes one to the chin there.
Dylan blocks a jab.
Kahuna connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Dylan momentarily.
Dylan is rocked!
Kahuna misses with a two punch combination.
Oh Dylan is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Kahuna closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Dylan! Kahuna dives in looking to finish! Dylan is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Timo Kahuna!
A relieved looking Timo Kahuna thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
