Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Chuck Liddell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hanz Ferdanand (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Liddell might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to It's Dark and Hell Is Hot. The crowd seem to be enjoying Ferdanand's choice of entrance music: Death note op 1. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Hanz Ferdanand!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Ferdanand fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Ferdanand wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Ferdanand tries to break the clinch but Liddell is controlling the position.
Liddell has Ferdanand pressed against the cage, preventing Ferdanand from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Ferdanand tries to pull guard but Liddell forces him back to his feet, against the cage.
Ferdanand jumps guard but Liddell turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
Chuck Liddell has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Hanz Ferdanand.

Liddell lands a glancing elbow in the clinch.

Liddell breaks the clinch.
Ferdanand's corner calls for a 1-2. Ferdanand obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.

It looks like Chuck Liddell has been cut.

Ferdanand moves into the clinch.
Liddell lands an elbow inside that Ferdanand shrugs off.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Liddell decides to pull guard.
Ferdanand is fighting to break Liddell's control of his arms but Liddell is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.

Liddell has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Liddell cracks Ferdanand with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Ferdanand falls to his knees and Liddell doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!

In defeat, Hanz Ferdanand stepped up to the mic, saying 'Well next time punk ill be the one who wins!'.
