Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Liam Anderson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aaro Pajari (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Anderson's entrance music is Radioactive-Imagine Dragons. A fine choice. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

7 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Aaro Pajari! The judges for this bout are Sandra Marshall, David Hoff and Peter Branson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Anderson throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
It looks like Aaro Pajari has been cut. Pajari shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Anderson lands an overhand right. Pajari's coach down at was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Pajari's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight. Horrible takedown by Pajari or perhaps it was just good defense by Anderson which made him look bad. Pajari closes the distance and clinches up with Anderson, looking for a takedown. Luckily it didn't land flush. This has been an exciting period of action! Anderson clobbers Pajari with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise. Pajari doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Anderson scores with a punch to the head. Jab by Anderson.

Aaro Pajari seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Pajari with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Anderson to score with a decent uppercut.

Anderson slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range. Anderson feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Pajaris jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist! Pajari is still on wobbly legs! Can Anderson finish him? Pajari shoots in for a takedown but Anderson shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Pajari seems to have recovered his senses. Anderson lands the left hand. Anderson throws a right and a left that both miss. Pajari looks for a takedown but Anderson sprawls well. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Pajari fails to land the takedown. Liam Anderson is winning the standup battle so far. Good standup being displayed there by Anderson as he connects with a hook. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
