Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Willy Specs (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Victor Stoic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Willy Specs!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Victor Stoic!
The judges for this bout are Fedor Mirinova, Aleksei Zolotukhin and Valeri Chadov.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Specs. Stoic shrugs it off though.

Specs moves into the clinch.
Stoic can't get the takedown.
Specs looking to stall.
Stoic keeps control of Specs as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Specs wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Specs is pressed up against the cage. Stoic has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Specs down to the mat. Specs avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Stoic looks for a takedown but Specs sprawls well.
Willy Specs has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Victor Stoic.

Stoic changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Specs looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
You can see the frustration on Specs's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
The strikes coming from Stoic are missing the target in this wave of attacks.

Stoic slips a nice elbow through Specs's hands, connecting with Specs's forehead.
Stoic tries to pass the half guard into mount. Specs knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Specs on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.
Stoic throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Specs is trying to control but can't.
Stoic looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
Stoic is looking for the mount but instead finds himself back in full guard.
Specs looking to hit a scissor sweep but Stoic is one step ahead there.
Stoic advances position into side control!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Stoic happy to just control the position for now.

Specs manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.

Specs slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.
Stoic scores with a decent looking elbow strike.
Specs is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Specs stops Stoic from getting back to his feet.
Stoic is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Stoic tries to get to full guard but Specs has control of the leg.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Victor Stoic dominated that round.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!


Stoic shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
enabling Specs to counter with a crisp jab.
Specs leaves Stoic with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Stoic shoots in looking for a takedown but Specs manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Stoic's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Willy Specs has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Victor Stoic.
No luck for Specs with that takedown attempt.
Stoic tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Specs defends well and Stoic ends up having to push Specs into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Stoic has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Specs avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Stoic has Specs pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Specs manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
Stoic has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Specs is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Specs gets control of Stoic's arms and successfully pulls guard. Specs will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
Stoic connects with a couple of short punches.

Stoic throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Specs works some decent striking defense from the bottom.

Specs pulls Stoic in close to prevent any damage.
Specs avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Specs trying to control the position.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Willy Specs.
Stoic fails to land the takedown.
Victor Stoic seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Stoic tries for a takedown but Specs sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Stoic shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Specs tries to clinch there but Stoic circles away.

Specs drives through with a takedown into Stoic's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.

Specs slips nicely into half guard.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Stoic looks like he's trying to stand up.
Stoic is concentrating on defense, preventing Specs from advancing position.
Stoic won't allow Specs to pass to mount.
Specs wants to lay and pray for a moment but Stoic keeps working.
Specs works his way into full mount!

Stoic can't escape the position.
Victor Stoic has got the better of the ground game so far.
Stoic wants to try and get back to his feet.
Specs takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Stoic wants to try and get back to his feet.

Specs has hold of Stoic's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Stoic manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Stoic tries to hold on but Specs pushes him away.
We've been informed that Stoic has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight.
Specs prevents Stoic from getting the reversal.

A nice elbow there by Specs.
Stoic slips a leg in and gets back to half guard.
Stoic wants to get back to his feet.
Stoic is holding on to half guard well.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Stoic is trying to stand up here but Specs is controlling him well.
Specs works his foot free and advances to mount.
Stoic reaches up to try and control the position but Specs seems to have an arm triangle now! Uh oh! Stoic rolls and tries to escape and now Specs has his back!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Specs has the hooks in and he's looking for a rear naked choke here. Stoic is defending well but eventually Specs manages to get an arm under the chin and he's locked on the RNC! Stoic has no choice but to tap now! He does! This one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:56 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Willy Specs!
