Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Luther Dudley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ben Lomax (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lomax has a pretty significant injury - he really shouldn't be fighting right now but he's a warrior and he's here none the less! Ben Lomax has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Dudley shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Lomax's guard.

Lomax has been taking part in the yoga sessions down at Gracie Barra Hilo (Three 2x Elite Coaches for $300. Presumably he's going to look for a slick submission... Or maybe he's looking to avoid one.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Dudley slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Luther Dudley dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Dudley is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Lomax looks calm but he's in trouble here. Dudley gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Lomax is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Dudley lets go of the hold and Lomax can pop his arm back in it's socket.
